Thanks for the comment, Kami/Don – so true!

But on a more serious note, I think I know what Jason means. When working for someone else, often the more senior you become the less time you spend doing actual PR work. Lots of managing of other people and taking angry client calls, but not so much doing the things that attracted you to this business in the first place. That was one of the main reasons I chose to become independent, myself. Love it!

You're right…that darn admin crap NEVER goes away. You just hire someone to do it for you or delegate.
