I've sat in for a colleague while she was on maternity leave, and another handled my largest account when I headed out for a 2-week cruise last week. For the holidays... Yes, I'll be available here and there, but I'm mostly offline on the weekends. And the holidays are definitely a "no" unless it's a true emergency.
